Hey everyone,
I would like to congratulate our officers for next year. Granted, they won by default, but it will still be a great experience for them. Arianna Legg will be the President with Morgan Fann as her Vice President. Marie Kuehnle will be stepping into the position of Treasurer. This means that, next year, we'll still need a Secretary (whose job is to take notes for each meeting and perhaps send emails to the AIGA members), Membership Coordinator (who keeps records of attendance at meetings and events), and Transportation Coordinator (who helps arrange carpools and field trips). If you are interested in any of these positions, please don't hesitate to email us at ucmaiga@gmail.com. As an officer, you would be required to attend the meetings and most club-sponsored events. We have discussed the Constitution and determined that only the President and Vice President are required to pay the full AIGA membership fee, but the other officers should strongly consider joining AIGA nationally.
