AIGA KC Twenty
Saturday January 30, 7-10 pm at t2
Come join in the celebration of AIGA KC's 20th anniversary at an awesome urban venue, t2. Auctioning off 20 posters designed by area professionals to raise funds for the Design Scholarship Fund.

KC Design Week
February 1-5
Inspirations lectures, hands-on workshops and self-guided tours presented by the KC Design Alliance.

*Design Challenge on February 1 from 1-4 pm, eight teams comprised of five designers from various disciplines will work fast & furious using Design Thinking methods to solve a creative problem for an area non-profit. There will be a student team, or possibly a student on each of the 8 teams, participating. Let me know if you would be interested in this.
A6 Awards
For students and professionals. Remember the A5 books that you all received before break? Your work could be featured in the next book. Call for entries will be sometime in late March/early April. Meet the jurors event with presentations from each judge will be mid-late April. The actual awards gala event will be in September. Start thinking about any work that you might want to enter, and don't miss this great opportunity.

February 27 at the Kansas City Art Institute
Optional tour of Hallmark Cards on Friday afternoon. Limit of 25 students.
